The Main house is 3,180 sq ft. The floor in living/dining, kitchen, and library are tiled with Italian travertine. The ceiling is open rafter style and is finished with a clear coating to enhance and display the beautiful grain of the wood.

All doors are 8 feet high, pine for the interior and solid teak/mahogany for the exterior doors. In addition, 2 large 8ft x 8ft glass sliding doors open out to the patio and the glorious view of the channel and outer islands.

The bedrooms and bathrooms each have a distinctive porcelain tile, allowing for special character in each suite and a backdrop for further development by interior furnishings.

Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom inclusive of a Jacuzzi with ample built-in closets.

The Master Suite, strategically placed on one end of the house for maximum privacy, is outfitted with a large walk-in closet.
